Marie Foubert "Marie Foubert was born on July 13, 1640 in St. Vivien de Rouen, Rouen, Normandy, France; and arrived in the small French outpost of Kebec as an Immigrant's Daughter. Her father Philippe was a miller at Cap de la Madeleine, where he died on September 15, 1656. Her mother, Marie-Josephine Riviere was born about 1608 at St. Vivien, and followed her husband to New France, dying at Cap-De-Madeleine on April 24, 1681." "Marie would marry Jean Cusson on September 15, 1656 at Trois-Rivieres. Jean was born on November 11, 1630 in the Parish of Ste-Marguerite-sur-Duclair, Rouen, Normandy, Seine Maritime, France; the son of Jean Cusson Sr. and Jacqueline Pepin. He and Marie would have seventeen children. She died in 1715 at St. Sulpice, Ile De Montreal; and Jean followed on April 08, 1718."
